He is a dynamic speaker, trainer and presenter, skilled in employing clarity and innovation to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences, at all organizational levels. He has hosted events with some personalities like Timi Dakolo, Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, Ibidun Itua Ighodalo and Wole Aderinkomi. He has made presentations to the top echelon of both public and private sectors within and outside Nigeria. He has built an impressive clientele through establishing and maintaining excellent interpersonal relations.

He has participated in programmes with the University of Maryland, and University of Virginia, USA. He attended the document management training by DICOM in Dubai. He has been mentored by renowned entrepreneurs, public speaking and branding experts: James Caan, Les Brown, Andy Harrington and Brendon Burchard respectively. He has also completed the Executive Leadership programme at the Daystar Leadership Academy.

He is currently a Managing Partner at Open Stages Incentives Ltd and the initiator of Critical Insight Entrepreneurship Training programme where he teaches entrepreneurship and business plan development. Other competencies include: Business Communication and writing, Presentation and public speaking skills, customer acquisition and retention strategies amongst others. He is a Consultant with Tom Associates Management Development Centre and a Business Strategy Consultant with TUSEN Consulting Ltd.

He is married to Dr. Oludolapo Oseji and they are blessed with two adorable children.

      Omolola Akinsanya

She is a seasoned customer service professional and trainer; she has worked in customer relations for about ten years in various capacities. She has had the privilege of personally training several employees of various organizations in customer service and interpersonal relations. She worked with Zenith bank Plc. for almost five years where she served as the Head of customer service in one of their branches. At Zenith Bank Plc. she worked as a member of the branch training committee; where she facilitated several training sessions. In that capacity she trained other junior customer service officers. She is skilled at training adults and she brings an unbeatable mix of passion and humour into her training programs. She has an insightful understanding of service failures and how to proffer solutions to repair them.

She is a member of the Customers Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lagos. She is currently working as a customer service and training consultant with Open Stages Incentives Ltd.

       Olufemi George

Olufemi George is a graduate of the University of Lagos where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

He worked in the Banking and Financial Services industry for over 7 years before venturing fully into the Fashion and Image Consulting business. His career in the fashion industry has spanned over 8 years and He is currently the CEO of House of Forms and Function and manages the Middle East and African Region of the business.

He is passionate about imparting knowledge and a believer in the fact that anything can be learnt. He is a motivator and believes in adding value to people’s lives. He has facilitated for various organizations like banks, insurance companies, churches and state government parastatals. He has also trained various individuals from entry level staff to Executive Management staff.

      Kemi Mshelia

Kemi Mshelia has garnered a distinctive blend of business skills working in media, consulting, telecommunications, investment banking and legal services. She is a skilled trainer and a trained entrepreneur.

Kemi has worked with such companies as Bloomberg TV Africa, Morgan Stanley UK, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd, Lucas & Co. Solicitors and Hatten Wyatt. She was, most recently, head of business development at Bloomberg TV Africa. She has also worked with a wide range of start-ups. Over the years, Kemi has written business columns for Punch Newspapers, Daily Times and NeXT Daily Newspapers in Nigeria.

She studied at The University College London, The London Business School and The University of Lagos and gained Masters and Bachelors of Science degrees. She is also PRINCE2 (project management) certified.
